Excellent: The device has been tested and is fully functional, and shows minimal signs of wear. This device may have faint marks on the screen and/or the frame but is in very good cosmetic condition.
Good: The device has been tested and is fully functional, and shows medium signs of wear. This item may have some visible scratches on the screen and/or some scuffing around the frame of the device.
Fair: The device has been tested and is fully functional, and shows medium to heavy signs of wear. The item will have signs of scratching, scuffing, drop marks, and/or dings.
Included with this refurbished device is a USB Charging Cable, headphones and a SIM Tray opening tool.
This device does not come with a wall plug.

In the unusual event that something does go wrong with your device we do offer a 6-month warranty.
We will work with you to first trouble shoot any issue(s) prior to the device being returned or repaired. In most cases modern devices experience software issues which are usually resolved with a simple software upgrade from your actual device.
However, if our qualified technicians cannot trouble shoot or resolve the problem, the device can be returned. You will need to ensure Apple iCloud lock or Android lock is removed from the device before given back to us.
It is important to understand our technicians will inspect the device to try and identify the claim fault and to ensure it hasn't been physically damaged. Physically damaged devices are NOT covered under our warranty.
If the fault is minor our qualified technicians will repair the device and once done we will give the device back to you. If we cannot repair your device we will replace it with the same or equivalent model. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
Devices are not expected to be indestructible; your use of a device can affect its durability. The guarantee of acceptable quality will not apply if you as the consumer:
1. Use the device abnormally
2. Physical or water damage
3. Tamper with software
4. Cause the quality of a device to become unacceptable
5. Fail to take reasonable steps to avoid the quality becoming unacceptable.
