How fast can I expect my device to be repaired?

Your device will be repaired in varying time depending on the issue. Screen repairs and battery changes can be a same day repair if we have the parts in stock. Certain board repairs can take 1 week or longer while we effectively diagnose the issue. If you've requested an iPhone genuine screen repair it may take 1-2 weeks to get the part from the Apple Parts Warehouse.

How does a mail-in repair work?

Once you have completed your checkout with your repair, you will receive an email with instructions on how to send your device in for repair. After we received the device, we usually allow about 24-48 hours to repair and test the device prior to shipping it back out to you. We will keep you updated with the process and you are free to message us anytime via social media or email requesting an update.

Do I get any warranty with my repair?

All repairs come with a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover cracks or other user damage, water damage or damage caused by a DIY repair. If you come across an issue after we've repaired your device please contact us. We'll assess it and double check the issue and if we determine this is related to the repair, we will fix it completely free of charge to you. We do this to ensure you that we have a very high standard with the parts we use and the skills of our technicians.

For Apple repairs, are the parts you use high quality?

The aftermarket parts that we use go through our strict testing regime to ensure they are of the highest quality. Though sometimes parts can be faulty, which is why we cover you with a lifetime warranty against any defects.

For Samsung repairs, are the parts you use high quality?

With all Samsung repairs we use Genuine Samsung Service Centre parts, not aftermarket. This is due to the aftermarket parts not being as high quality as we'd like. That's why our price may be higher than some of our competitors, but our quality is second to none.

What is the quality of parts for other manufacturers?

With most other device brands such as Google, Oppo and LG we use a mix or high-quality aftermarket and Premium aftermarket parts. Premium aftermarket means it's a genuine original part that's been recycled from old devices making it an environmentally friendly option.

What happens if I change my mind and decide not to go ahead with my repair?

A cancellation and restocking fee of 7.5% applies to all orders cancelled due to change of mind, though if you prefer we can provide you with a store credit to use on another product.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most popular payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. For repairs you can also buy now pay later with Afterpay, Zip Pay, Humm and Latitude Pay.
