Mail-In Repair: Send your device to us for repairs. We usually allow 24-48 hours after receiving the device to have it repaired and express shipped back out to you. Usually Express Shipping with Australia Post takes about 2-3 days to arrive with us, or get to you.
Store Drop-Off: Choose this option if you are based in Mount Isa or Gladstone in QLD or surrounding towns and would like to drop the phone off to our store.
All repairs come with a lifetime warranty.
What the warranty does not cover:
Cracks or other user damage,
Damage caused by DIY repair.
What happens if I change my mind and decide not to go ahead with my repair? A cancellation fee of 7.5% applies to all orders cancelled due to change of mind, though if you prefer we can provide you with a store credit to use on another product.
How fast can I expect my device to be repaired? Your device will be repaired in varying time depending on the issue. Screen repairs and battery changes can be a same day repair if we have the parts in stock. Certain board repairs can take 1 week or longer while we effectively diagnose the issue.
How does a mail-in repair work? Once you have completed your checkout with your repair, you will receive an email with instructions on how to send your device in for repair. After we received the device, we usually allow about 24-48 hours to repair and test the device prior to shipping it back out to you. We will keep you updated with the process and you are free to message us anytime via social media or email requesting an update.
Do I get any warranty with my repair? All repairs come with a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover cracks or other user damage, water damage or damage caused by a DIY repair. If you come across an issue after we've repaired your device please contact us. We'll assess it and double check the issue and if we determine this is related to the repair, we will fix it completely free of charge to you. We do this to ensure you that we have a very high standard with the parts we use and the skills of our technicians.
Are the parts you use high quality? With all Samsung repairs we use Genuine Samsung Service Centre parts, not aftermarket. This is due to the aftermarket parts not being as high quality as we'd like. That's why our price may be higher than some of our competitors, but our quality is second to none.
