Mail In Repairs

Thank you for choosing us to repair your phone/tablet.

We understand that it can sometimes be scary to send your phone/tablet away for repair. But let me assure you it will be in safe hands!

If at any time you have any questions please reach out to via phone (1300 646 115) or email (repairs@kixup.com.au).

Please ensure you follow these steps to send your phone/tablet into us:

  1. Remove all cases and keep any charging cables
  2. If it is possible, please ensure you back up the device
  3. You can remove the sim card if you have another phone to put it in
  4. Power off the device
  5. Wrap the device in bubble wrap or other protective packaging to ensure no further damage happens during transit
  6. Address it to:

Once we receive the device we will let you know. Please then allow 24-48 hours for repair and to get it shipped back to you. We always ship Express Post so you can expect to have it back within 1-3 days after your device is repaired.
