Mail In Repairs
Thank you for choosing us to repair your phone/tablet.
We understand that it can sometimes be scary to send your phone/tablet away for repair. But let me assure you it will be in safe hands!
Once we receive the device we will let you know. Please then allow 24-48 hours for repair and to get it shipped back to you. We always ship Express Post so you can expect to have it back within 1-3 days after your device is repaired.

Please ensure you follow these steps to send your phone/tablet into us:
- Remove all cases and keep any charging cables
- If it is possible, please ensure you back up the device
- You can remove the sim card if you have another phone to put it in
- Power off the device
- Wrap the device in bubble wrap or other protective packaging to ensure no further damage happens during transit
